Product
The healing services we provide are non-refundable.
We have a 24hr notice period should you wish to reschedule your healing appointment. If you fail to notify us and do not attend a pre-booked healing session online or in-person which has been paid for in advance or is part of a healing / Wellness Programme, then you will forfeit that session. The cancellation fee is 50% of the session fee.
The special offer package prices or multi-buy offers require full payment at the first session.
The healing therapy typically lasts between 45 minutes for a one hour appointment and 1.5 hours for a 2 hour appointment. The remaining time in the consultation is for the review and for any questions you may wish to ask.
Your healing services are sold to you as an individual single healing session unless agreed otherwise. You may purchase additional healing sessions, which are packaged as multibuy
